Fettucine Pasta Pie

I’ve found this recipe on a cooking magazine I brought back from Italy, I’ve done some minor changes and the result is this delicious fettuccine pasta pie. Easy to make, is ideal if you have guests for dinner, since it can be prepared in advance and you wont have to be in the kitchen when your friends arrive. Enjoy 😉

Ingredients (for 5 servings): 原料(4人份量)

  • 500 ml Bechamel Sauce –  500 升白酱
  • 300 g fettucine – 300 克 意大利粗扁面条
  • 1 1/2 cups peas – 150 克青豆
  • 100 g smoked ham – 100 克黑火腿
  • 1/2 onion – 半洋葱
  • 1 egg – 1个鸡蛋
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan – 3汤匙磨碎帕尔马干酪
  • 1/2 glass white dry wine – 1/2 杯白葡萄酒
  • chopped parsley, salt – 香菜(切碎),食用盐

Chop the onion and cut the ham into cubes 先将洋葱切碎,将黑火腿切块

In a pan heat the oil and the onion, let it cook until the onion is soft.煎锅里将油和葱炒软。

Add peas and salt 加入青豆和盐

Add the wine and cook at high heat for 10 min. 倒入葡萄酒,用大火煮约10分钟

Add the ham, cook for other 3 min, at last add come chopped parsley. 加入黑火腿炒约3分钟,最后加入一些香菜。

Add 1/2 of the bechamel sauce to the peas and ham. 加入白酱250升

In the meantime cook fettucine (al dente), drain the water and mix pasta with the remaining bechamel (just save a couple of spoons), 1 egg and parmesan cheese. 同时煮熟意大利粗扁面条,将水控干将面和白酱250升,鸡蛋和磨碎帕尔马干酪混合一起。

Add now 2/3 of the peas and ham. Mix it up 加入青豆和火腿酱(70%)

Place the fettuccine in a high oven tray, cover on top with the remaining dressing, the bechamel and some more parmesan cheese. 把面放在烤盤中, 最后把帕尔马干酪和bechamel 酱洒最上面。

Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for about 25 min.放入预热的烤箱以约180度烤25分钟

Let if cool down and serve. 使之冷却下来
