Dani’s style Maccheroni and cheese

Maccheroni and cheese is a very easy, last minute recipe perfect for those nights when you get off from work late and you don’t have much left in the fridge.

I’ve used the few cheese I had at home, if you don’t have the exact type of cheese listed in the recipe, don’t worry, just replace it with what you have 😉

Ingredients (for 3 servings): 原料(4人份量):

  • 240 g maccheroni – 240 克通心粉
  • 50 g blue cheese – 50克蓝乳酪
  • 80 g cheddar cheese – 80克切达奶酪
  • 15 g butter – 15 克黄油
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan – 45  克磨碎帕尔马干酪
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese – 50克mozzarella 酪

Boil the maccheroni in salty water. 煮熟通心粉


Cut all the different type of cheese in cubes. 把所有的奶酪切块


Drain the maccheroni, pour them back in the pot where you boiled them, add butter and mix well. 将通心粉和黄油混合一起


Add some grated parmesan cheese 加入磨碎帕尔马干酪


Add the cheese, mix all ingredients together. 加入所有的奶酪混合一起


Place the maccheroni and cheese in an over tray covered with aluminum foil, sprinkle on top the remaining parmesan cheese. 将通心粉放在烤盘中,将磨碎帕尔马干酪滴上面


Bake in in preheat oven at 200 C  for about 15 min or until the top forms a golden crust. 放入预热的烤箱以约200度烤15-20分钟

  • Fat: 27.6 g
  • Carbohydrates: 45.8 g
  • Protein: 30 g
