Lasagna alla Bolognese

Lasagna is a form of pasta in sheets and also a dish named Lasagne al forno (oven-baked lasagna). There are different varieties of lasagna al forno, with spinach, mushrooms, in red with tomato sauce, in white with Bechamel sauce. The one I’m posting today is the classic Lasagne alla Bolognese, made with alternate layers of pasta, cheese, and meat sauce.

I have tried many different lasagna recipes over the years,  this is the culmination of all that trial and error. I’m sure you will just love it! 😉

Ingredients (8 servings): 原料(8人份量)

  • 250 g  ground beef – 250 克 碎牛肉
  • 1 bottle of tomato –  一瓶蕃茄酱
  • 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, celery –  1/2洋葱,1/2 胡萝卜, 芹菜
  • 1/2 glass dry white wine –  ¼ 杯胡萝卜
  • 12-15 sheets of lasagna – 12-15 张意大利千层面
  • 250 g mozzarella cheese (of previous day) –  250 克mozzarella 酪(老一天)
  • 2 cups bechamel sauce – 400升bechamel 酱
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese –  90 克磨碎帕尔马干酪

First thing we need to prepare the meat souce! Chop onion, carrot and celery, place in a pan with oil and cook at low heat till vegetable are soft. 首先要把肉酱准备好了。 把洋葱,胡罗卜和芹菜切碎。 在锅中放入橄榄油,把菜炒知道变软。

Add the ground beef and salt 把碎肉和盐放入。搅拌好。

Pour in the 1/2 glass of wine, turn on the heat and let the alcohol evaporate. 倒入1/2杯葡萄酒, 开大火使酒精蒸发掉。

Pour in the bottle of tomato, salt again, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 30 min.  Don’t let the sauce get too dense. 倒入一瓶番茄酱, 再加盐。 把锅盖子盖上并煮至约30分钟。注意酱不要变太密。

In a pot boil for 5 min the sheets of lasagna. 意大利千层面条煮熟捞出

Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of a pan. 一正方烤盤中底先加一點肉酱

Lay about 3 sheets of lasagna across the layer of sauce. 然后把意大利千层面排好在盘中(一层就好)

Cover with more meat sauce, lay one layer of mozzarella cheese, bechamel and grated Parmesan. 面上放帕尔马干酪,mozzarella 酪,和bechamel 酱

Lay down an other layer of sheets and repeat as above untill you get around 4 to 5 layers.  Cover the last layer of pasta with tomato meat sauce, bechamel and sprinkle some parmesan cheese. 这样重复步骤4跟5。最后把帕尔马干酪和bechamel 酱洒最上面。

Bake in preheat oven at 180 C for about 40 min. 放入预热的烤箱以约180度烤40分钟

Before serving let it sit for about 20 min. 静置松驰约20分钟.

One serving provides:

  • Calories:  500  (from fat: 202)
  • Fat: 21.8 g
  • Carbohydates: 60.8 g
  • Protein:  26.1 g
