Maccheroni with asparagus and bacon

Today’s recipe is this simple, quick and tasty pasta dish with asparagus and bacon.

Ingredients (for 2 people): 原料(2人份量)

  • 250 g asparagus – 250 克芦笋
  • 80 g bacon (cut into small stripes) –  80 克培根
  • 1 clove garlic – 一瓣蒜
  • 3 tbsp olive oil –  3 匙橄榄油
  • 160 g pasta – 160 克 通心粉
  • 1/2 glass of white wine – 1/2杯白葡萄酒
  • salt and pepper – 食用盐和黑辣椒粉
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese –  2 匙磨碎帕尔马干酪

Wash and cut the asparagus.Cook the asparagus for 5 min in boiling water 把芦笋洗干净切快,然后煮5分钟。

Heat up oil and garlic till garlic is golden brown. Add the bacon and let cook till crispy. 在锅中放入橄榄油炒蒜,炒香后加入倍根炒脆。

Add asparagus, salt, pepper, add white wine. Turn on the heat and let the wine evaporate. 加入芦笋,盐,黑辣椒粉和白葡萄酒。开大火. 使酒精蒸发掉

In the same water where you cooked the asparagus, boil pasta. 煮芦笋的同一水煮熟通心粉。

Drain pasta and dress with the asparagus and bacon souce. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top of each plate. 将水控干,把通心粉跟芦笋个倍根搅拌一起。 最后把帕尔马干酪洒最面上.
