Coconut Muffins with Nutella soft heart

Today I’m going to post this fantastic sweet muffin recipe. It’s the combination of 2 different recipes I’ve found online, the result is this delicious threat. If you have a sweet tooth, like I do, I am sure you will love it!

It is really simple and pretty fast. You can find all the ingredients (like Nutella and coconut flakes) at city shop.

Ingredients (for 8 muffins):原料(8个松饼)

  • 1 1/2 cups flour (200 g)-  200克面粉
  • 1/2 cup sugar (100 g)-  100克白糖
  • 1/2 cup milk  (125 ml)- 125 升牛奶
  • 1/4 cup butter (60 g)- 60克黄油
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (35 g) – 35克椰子片
  • 1 egg – 1个鸡蛋
  • 2 tsp baking powder -2茶匙发酵粉
  • 8 tsp Nutella – 8茶匙nutella

In one bowl put flour, sugar and yeast. In another one put butter (melted), egg, and milk. 在一碗中放入面粉,白糖和发酵粉。在另外一碗中放入黄油(融化的),鸡蛋和牛奶

Pour the egg, butter and milk mixture into the other bowl. Mix everything together till it gets soft and smooth. 添加 鸡蛋混合物到面粉混合物搅动直到结合

Add the coconut flakes and mix it up. 然后折叠在椰子片

In the muffin tray, pour one tablespoon of the mixture. In the middle, place 1 tsp of nutella 下落大约1把大汤匙面团在松饼杯子之中的面团,每一杯种加入1茶匙nutella

Cover with another tablespoon of coconut mixture. 在下落大约1大汤匙面团

Bake at 180 C for 15-20 min. Let the muffins cool down and sprinkle some powdered sugar on. 烘烤预热的烤箱以约180度烤15-20分钟。使之冷却下来最后把糖分滴松饼上。
