Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookies and chocolate are my favorite food! These cookies combine them together and are just amazing.

Apparently the chocolate chip cookies were invented in 1930 by Ruth Wakefield  in Massachusetts.

Lots of people have asked me to post the recipe so here we are, enjoy 🙂

Ingredients (for 30 cookies) 材料 (30饼干):

  • 3/4 cup butter  – 3/4杯黄油
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (150 g) – 1/2 杯白糖
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (165 g) – 3/4 杯红糖
  • 2  cups flour  ( 220 g) – 2  杯面粉
  • 2 eggs – 2 个鸡蛋
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (152 g) – 1 杯半甜的巧克力片
  • 1 tsp baking powder – 1茶匙发 面苏打
  • 2 tbsp flax seed – 1勺亚麻种子
  • 1 or 2 tbsp vegetable oil – 1或2勺植物油

Preheat oven to 190 C (375F). In a bowl cream the butter together with brown and white sugar. 预先加热烤箱对375华氏度(190摄氏 度)。 在碗把黄油和红糖和白糖搅拌直到平稳和乳脂状。

Add one egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. 在鸡蛋的敲打,一次一个,保证在每添加以后 很好打

In between flour add 1 or 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. This will help the cookies to be soft and well moisture. 加入1或2勺植物油

Once everything is all well mixed together add chocolate chips (nuts if you like, optional)。 添加巧克力片和螺母(如果曾经)接近混合

Drop dough (about 1 tbsp) onto the prepared baking sheet.下落大约1把大汤匙面团(35克)在准备的烤板上

Each cookie provides:

  • Calories: 134 (from fat 66)
  • Fat: 7.3 g
  • Carbohydrates: 15 g (sugar: 8 g)
  • Protein: 1.8 g
